At Cliff’s Pools and Patios we recognize that the process of remodeling and constructing a project for your pool and/or deck may be a new venture. So, to make the process “client friendly” we break it down through a series of Frequently Asked Questions and simply stated explanations. Cliff wants every customer to feel knowledgeable and comfortable with the entire “make over” process.
What should be the most important consideration in choosing a pool or patio remodeling contractor?
The owner is knowledgeable, experienced and actively involved in overseeing each project at the critical stages. As owner, Cliff is the personification of these essential qualities as he maintains a frequent presence at each job site.
What is the general time frame for a pool or patio project?
Most pool and deck remodeling projects take about a week or less depending on the complexity of the work. Cliff’s stands alone in its ability to address issues and client concerns promptly and effectively, creating fast solutions and always beautiful results.
What about bad weather?
Because most construction takes place outside, weather is always a factor, but is not an insurmountable obstacle. Generally, only slight delays may result from bad weather. What is assured, however, is efficiency and results within the general timeframe discussed.
Is the work sub contracted?
In today’s world, construction, like most other professional services, has become very specialized. In order to ensure the highest quality, it is therefore necessary to select the most skillful and talented artisans in each specialization of construction. Therefore, the key is knowing how to select the proper talent for each specific job based on its requirements, and having those resources available. This is something an in-house set of constructors could never reach given the breadth and scope of remodeling today. At Cliff’s, a combination of full time professional artisans and supervisors along with the best and most trusted specialty contractors available is why Cliff’s work is of the highest quality.
